Key Responsibilities:

- Generate innovative ideas and strategies for entering new markets, including identifying target demographics, channels, and messaging.
- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns ensuring consistent branding and messaging across platforms.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling marketing collateral, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media content.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive results.
- Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and drive cohesive messaging.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in strategic marketing roles, preferably in the IT solution services and transportation industries.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative thinking and a passion for innovation, with a track record of developing successful marketing strategies.
- Experience managing LinkedIn marketing campaigns and familiarity with the LinkedIn advertising platform is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
